When will I receive my order?
Order processing takes 1-3 business days. Once your item/s is dispatched, the estimated delivery time is:
USA: 6-12 business days
UK: 5-10 business days
Australia: 6-12 business days
Europe: 6-12 business days
Canada: 10-22 business days
Rest of world: 10-22 business days
Can I make changes to my order?
We strive to process and pack your orders promptly upon receiving them! If you have any requests or changes, please email us within 4 hours of placing your order at hello@alevae.com.
While we'll do our best to accommodate you, please understand that once an order is placed, we can't always guarantee modifications. If your order has already been processed, you can still return it for a refund once it reaches you.
What if I received a defective item?
Firstly, we're sorry you received a defective item! Please reach out to at hello@alevae.com within 48 hours of receiving your defective item. We'll make it right for you with a replacement or a refund.

What if I received a damaged product?
If the product you received has been damaged or you received a faulty one, contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the package and we'll sort it for you.

What is your return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
